Well, my girlfriend lives about 1500 miles away from me. Not fair you say? Maybe not, but that is ok. We are finding ways to keep in touch. Phone calls, Instant messenger, and email. Then there is the occasional really slow snail mail. How ever we stay in touch, God is still taking care of the details of our friendship and relationship. I thank God everyday that things are in his hands and not our own.
Every few months, Nance and I are able to find the time and money to get together. The first time she came down to see me with her mother. She had an extra plane ticket. God worked that out really nicely. Last summer I was able to fly up to her and visit with her and her family. I had a wonderful time. It was great. You should have seen their houses. I was awe struck. I have never seen a house that looked as good as theirs did. Well, needless to say, I really enjoyed myself. I really had a wonderful time. I am probably going back there in a few months as soon as I can find Transportation.
During those trips, we took a few pictures. I have selected some of my favorites to show you. I hope you like them. If you would like to see more. . . Be patient. God is not done yet. Nance and I are going to be seeing a whole bunch of each other in the next few years. I will post pictures when ever we get film back. Until then. you are just going to have to suffer and wait like Nance and I are.
